These Official Terms apply to the Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes #74 (referred to as “Sweepstakes”) and outline the rules and guidelines for participation. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with these Official Terms.
Sweepstakes Availability: The Sweepstakes is open for participation only to individuals located in the 50 United States and Washington D.C., and is governed by the laws of these jurisdictions. Please refrain from entering if you are not a legal resident of, or currently situated in, the 50 United States or Washington D.C. at the time of entry. Participation from Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories and possessions, and any jurisdiction where prohibited by law is void.
No Purchase Necessary: Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require any form of payment or purchase. Making a purchase will not enhance your chances of winning.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 6, 2022 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and concludes on January 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: To participate and qualify for a prize, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington D.C., have a valid email address, and be a member of the Microsoft Rewards Program (“Program”) at the time of entry. Minors must obtain parental or legal guardian permission to join the Program. Certain individuals are not eligible, including those directly associated with Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates, as well as individuals involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Compliance with applicable laws is required.
Participation Steps: To enter, visit www.microsoft.com/rewards, follow the instructions to create a Microsoft Rewards account or log into your existing account at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2154201. Creating an account is free. During the Sweepstakes Period, Program members can redeem Microsoft Rewards points for Sweepstakes entries, with varying points-to-entry ratios. For detailed information on points accrual, refer to the “Rewards” section of the Microsoft Services Agreement. To redeem points for Sweepstakes entries, provide accurate personal information and agree to these Official Terms. Entries must be submitted online by January 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM PT.
Alternate Entry Method: If desired, you may enter without using Microsoft Rewards points. Visit www.microsoft.com/rewards to create an account (if needed), and then hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number (with area code), date of birth, and the email address linked to your Microsoft Rewards Account on a 3″ x 5″ card or paper. Mail it to: “‘Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes #74’, Free To Enter”, P.O. Box 8554, Big Sandy, TX 75755-8554. Each card received equals 25 entries. Requests must be postmarked by January 31, 2023 and received by February 7, 2023. Only one request per envelope is allowed.
Random Drawing: On February 10, 2023, at around 2:00 PM PT, an independent judging organization (the “Sweepstakes Judges”) will randomly select one potential winner from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize: The winner will receive an “Overwatch 2 Custom Console” Bundle, comprising a custom Xbox Series X Console with Controller, a “Watchpoint Pack” of in-game content, and a digital code for 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The approximate retail value of the Prize is USD $767.98. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded, subject to Sponsor’s right to substitute with a prize of similar or greater value.
Prize Claim: Potential winners will be notified through various communication methods. Winner(s) may need to submit documentation within five (5) business days to claim the prize. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be used as outlined in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052.
Cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes due to unforeseen circumstances.
These Official Terms are binding and should be reviewed carefully before participating. The Sponsor and its affiliates are not liable for any disruptions or errors arising during the Sweepstakes.
